Co-Founder and Managing Director / Digital Marketer

Tia Pesarona

Tia has a wealth of experience in sales and marketing, having worked in the field for over 10 years. She has a diverse background, having previously worked in a boutique corporate travel and event company, notable food and beverage brands (such as Metis Restaurant, Ulu Cliffhouse, 40 Thieves, El Nacional), and media brands (Kuta Times, Bali Eye Opener, Threesixty Guides, and Bali Food). Her extensive knowledge of these industries allows her to stay on top of the latest trends in digital marketing, and apply them to her work. Her insider insights give her a unique perspective and advantage in her field.

Seny Yuniati

Seny brings her extensive expertise in social media, developed over more than 5 years, to our diverse team. Her attention to detail and ability to spot aesthetic elements greatly enhances our daily social media operations. Her deep understanding of the social media landscape and her ability to identify key trends and insights in the industry allows her to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Her contributions to the team are invaluable and help us stay ahead in the constantly evolving world of social media.

Septysha Putri

Septysha Putri, also known as Tysha, is an account manager at Pesarona Studio with a background in the fashion industry. She enjoys Pesarona's flexible, creative environment and openness to new ideas. Passionate about Latin dance for over a decade, Tysha is now one of the Afro-Latin DJs in Bali, sharing her love for Salsa, Bachata, and RnB through her music. She thrives in her role, blending her client-focused approach with creativity. Outside of work, she loves bold, spicy foods, reflecting her energetic and vibrant personality.

Graphic Designer

Dita Oktaviani

Dita Oktaviani is a highly experienced junior graphic designer who specializes in food and beverage visual communications. With nine years of experience in the industry, Dita has honed her skills in creating visually appealing designs that capture the essence of the food and beverage industry. When she's not working, Dita indulges in her passions for food and travel, and spends time with her beloved pomeranian dog.

Shabira Ayesha

Shabira Ayesha, or Shasha as she's known, is one of the talented graphic designers at Pesarona Studio, with 7 years of experience under her belt. She was drawn to the agency world out of curiosity, eager to learn from different teams and explore areas beyond graphic design. Shasha loves Pesarona for its supportive, professional environment, where work and personal life are kept separate—something she really values. Passionate about drawing, sketching, and painting, she dreams of becoming a remarkable artist one day. In her downtime, she enjoys designing websites, gaming with a bowl of cereal, and listening to classical music like "La Vaguellette" by Furina.

Social Media Specialist

Luciana Ekawati

Lucy brings 6 years of experience in the creative industry, with a background in hospitality that adds a unique flair to her role at Pesarona Studio. She enjoys the flexibility of remote work, handling various business clients, and collaborating with an amazing team. For Lucy, the strong sense of solidarity at Pesarona Studio is one of the key reasons she loves her job. When she’s not creating engaging social media content, Lucy enjoys gardening, making jewelry, and indulging in her love for food. Her musical taste spans genres, from R&B to Afro music.

Nicolas Phungky

Since 2020, Nico has been making waves in the creative industry, bringing his expertise in digital ads and performance marketing to the table. What draws him to agency work is the chance to flex his creative muscles while collaborating with a dynamic team. At Pesarona Studio, Nico thrives in the fast-paced environment, appreciating the flexibility and camaraderie. When he’s not crafting marketing strategies, Nico enjoys playing football and surfing. His go-to comfort food is pizza, and his favorite band, The 1975, always provides the perfect soundtrack to his creative endeavors.

Ni Komang Okky Widya Sari

With nearly two years of experience in creative agencies and health-focused companies, Okky enjoys the diverse clients and projects she encounters in her role at Pesarona Studio. The flexibility of remote work and the collaborative, non-competitive atmosphere are what make Pesarona feel like the perfect fit for her. Okky’s love for cooking doubles as her favorite stress-reliever, and she’s always up for trying new recipes. When it comes to food, pork dishes top her list, and she’s always ready to share her culinary creations with the team.

Eunike

With 15 years of experience, Eunike has carved out a niche in the creative industry, starting her journey in wedding videography before transitioning to agency life. Drawn to the flexibility of remote work, she appreciates Pesarona Studio’s supportive environment, where trust and teamwork thrive. Her role allows her to balance her professional passion for storytelling with her personal love of travel. Outside of work, Eunike is a fitness enthusiast, known for her dedication to Pilates and the gym. Her healthy lifestyle doesn't keep her from enjoying indulgences like Pink Tempong, donuts, and chocolate—though only in moderation!

Photographer & Videographer

I Putu Agus Sudirgo Yuso

With three years of experience in the creative industry, Putu has honed his skills in content production, focusing on photography and videography. He finds agency work exciting, particularly enjoying the collaborative environment that sparks creativity. At Pesarona Studio, Putu appreciates the clear briefs that help him understand client needs, along with the support from Tia, the Managing Director, during brainstorming sessions. These factors make every project both seamless and fulfilling. Outside of work, Putu is passionate about surfing and often works on his own personal photography projects. As for food, Babi Guling is his all-time favorite.

Mega Putri Rahma Gita

Mega is relatively new to the creative industry, bringing less than a year of experience but plenty of enthusiasm. Transitioning from an accounting background, she’s excited to hone her communication skills and collaborate with diverse, talented teams. What she loves most about working at Pesarona Studio is the flexibility and open-minded work environment. Mega’s creative side shines through in her hobbies of crocheting and watching movies. She’s a fan of spicy food, especially noodles, and her eclectic music taste spans genres, from reggae to drum and bass.

Contrary to popular belief, numbers can be quite interesting and Tineke is a perfect example of that. She has a unique ability to make numbers fun and engaging. With over 15 years of experience in the field, she has developed a deep understanding of how to analyze numbers and use them to make strategic decisions. She is particularly skilled in budgeting and other financial matters, and is able to quickly and accurately assess a company's financial situation. Her expertise in numbers allows her to advise on the best strategy for budgeting and other financial matters, which is essential to the success of any organization.
